Penis Lengthening

This procedure is the only operation that genuinely allows for a permanent lengthening of the penis.

It is very important to note that the lengthening only concerns the penis at rest and not during an erection. Indeed, no technique can increase the volume of the corpora cavernosa, which are responsible for erection and the size of the penis at that moment.

Penis lengthening surgery addresses what we call in our jargon, the "locker room syndrome."

Technique

The suspensory ligament of the penis will be partially severed at its insertion on the pubis. The procedure is performed under sedation on an outpatient basis. The Y-shaped scar is concealed within the pubic hair.

Post-operative Care

  • Post-operative swelling is present for about a week.
  • The pain experienced is quite moderate and easily controlled by the analgesic treatment prescribed by Dr. Zirak. These discomforts are felt for two to three days.
  • Activities can be resumed after a week.
  • Sports and intimate relations can be resumed after a month.

Results

  • The lengthening achieved ranges between 2 and 4 cm.
  • The result is permanent. There is no return to the initial situation.
