Penile Girth Enhancement

The increase in girth is achieved through the injection of autologous fat (from the patient themselves) under the skin of the penis.

Technique

The fat is usually harvested from the lower abdomen, pubis, or inner thighs. It is rinsed with saline solution or centrifuged. The fat is then processed and reinjected under the skin of the penis. Due to the loss of some of the injected fat, two injection sessions may sometimes be necessary to achieve the desired volume.

Post-Operative Care

  • Post-operative swelling lasts for about a week.
  • The pain experienced is moderate and can be easily managed with the painkillers prescribed by Dr. Zirak.
  • Normal activities can be resumed the day after the procedure.
  • Sports and intimate activities can be resumed after one month.

Results

  • The achieved girth enhancement ranges between 2 and 4 cm.
  • The final result is obtained after three to six months and is permanent.
  • There is no return to the initial state unless the patient experiences significant weight loss.

FAQ

Are there any possible complications?

• Infection: very rare; mainly in smokers and diabetics
• Hematoma: very rare; mainly in hypertensive patients
• Displacement of the injected fat towards the glans

If you carefully follow the instructions provided by Dr. Zirak and his team, such inconveniences do not occur.

Fat induration
This is possible. For this reason, you will be asked to perform massages to avoid this issue. If, despite this, hard fat lumps appear, Dr. Zirak will proceed with corticosteroid injections to reduce them.
