This reconstruction will be carried out thanks to the placement of expansion prostheses if the patient's breasts are not too large, she has not undergone radiotherapy, and she agrees to have implants.

This is a relatively minor procedure performed under general anesthesia with a hospital stay of two to three days. The prostheses will be inflated starting from the third postoperative week. Gradual filling with saline solution through a port placed under the skin allows for skin creation and achieving the cup size desired by the patient.

Once this cup size is reached, the plastic surgeon will replace the implants with permanent prostheses.
